Our appellate practice group is headed by Hugh Griffin who has more than 40 years of experience handling civil appeals in Illinois and across the country. He has argued over 500 appeals, including more than 50 before the Illinois Supreme Court. The group is regularly retained to handle appeals for cases tried by other firms in all areas of civil practice, including insurance coverage, general tort liability, product liability, municipal liability, statutory/constitutional matters, and medical malpractice.
