Steve Alderman has been litigating cases in both federal and state court in Utah and Texas for over seven years. He currently practices in our Salt Lake City office and concentrates his practice defending medical professionals, hospitals and other health care workers against medical negligence claims. Prior to joining the firm, he gained broad litigation experience focusing on premises and products liability claims, construction defects claims and insurance coverage disputes.

Steve has co-chaired several high exposure jury trials involving brain injury, wrongful death and construction defects. He has represented physicians, dentists, nurses and pharmacists at hearings before the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing.

When not at work, Steve can usually be found enjoying Utah's mountains, deserts, canyons, rivers and ski slopes.
