Omar Fayez concentrates his practice in litigation with a focus on health care liability defense and commercial litigation. He has defended numerous physicians, long-term care facilities and hospitals, having represented licensed professionals before the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Mr. Fayez also has significant experience in construction litigation, having represented architects, developers, contractors and other related professionals. He has litigated cases in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Montana and Europe. Mr. Fayez dedicates a significant amount of time to pro bono and non-profit activities. He currently serves as a Board Member of Mayor Daley's Advisory Council on Human Relations, as well as on the Board of Directors for a number of national and international charities and non-profit groups.

In addition, Mr. Fayez has authored articles on a range of legal issues, including insurance defense, international law, criminal justice and immigration law.
