| David Ferrainolo began his legal career in 2002 upon graduation from Duquesne University Law School located Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He is licensed in both Nevada and Pennsylvania. David has experience defending complex medical malpractice litigation, and since arriving at HPS Las Vegas in 2004, has co-chaired several trials. He has experience defending institutions whose employees are accused of sexual misconduct, as well as experience in defending premises liability and general liability claims. His current client base includes private hospitals, physicians, nurses, therapists and treatment centers. Mr. Ferrainolo has broad experience in working complex cases from the inception of the lawsuit through jury verdict. His litigation skills allow him to excel at the discovery phase of litigation, and he has experienced significant success before the Las Vegas Discovery Commissioner. David is also experienced at pre-trial negotiations, including private mediations and court mandated settlement conferences, where he has helped negotiate favorable settlements in matters ranging from permanent disability to wrongful death. David has successfully represented the interests of nurses before the Nevada State Board of Nursing and physicians before the Nevada Board of Medical Examiners. Prior to joining HPS, David was an associate attorney with the Las Vegas law firm of Earley Savage, where his practice focused on premises liability defense, general liability defense work and construction defect litigation.
