T.C. was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2004 and concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice and hospital defense. T.C. graduated from Indiana University in 1998 with a B.A. in Political Science.

During law school, T.C. completed a year-long clerkship with a medical malpractice firm in Chicago. Prior to his legal career, T.C. worked for the Indiana State Legislative.
