James Miller was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2007 and concentrates his practice of law in the areas of Medical Malpractice and Hospital Defense. James graduated in 2001 from Vanderbilt University with a B.S. in Economics and Engineering Science with a minor in Management of Technology.

Mr. Miller has broad experience in working complex cases through the discovery phase of litigation, attending depositions, drafting and arguing significant motions and assisting in the preparation of cases for trial in Las Vegas, Nevada.
