| Casey obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. While at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Casey was a University Distinguished Scholar and a member of the University Honors Program. During law school at the University of Nebraska, Casey successfully completed the Litigation Skills Program of Concentrated Study, as well as a study abroad program throughout the Pacific Rim. Casey was a member of the Student and American Bar Associations and the International Law Student Association. He also participated in the client counseling and moot court competitions with success. Casey was recently named as one of the Mountain States Rising Stars 2009 and 2010 by Super Lawyers Magazine. Prior to joining HPS, Casey was an associate at Wells & Rawlings.
