While litigation is all too frequent in today’s climate and the clients I represent face attacks from many different directions, I try to partner with my clients to learn from situations for which they need me and educate their people on how to do better in the future.
I am the head of the firm’s Florida offices, and I handle cases throughout the State. I have been asked to assist other lawyers in litigation as Co-counsel and handle cases transferred to me after another attorney’s involvement. I lead a team of experienced attorneys. Over the course of my career, I have represented clients facing:
I have broad experience in working complex cases from the investigation phase through jury verdict. Beyond my work in the courtroom, I handle pre-trial negotiations, including private and court-ordered mediations, as well as court-mandated settlement conferences. Through those conferences, I have helped negotiate favorable settlements in matters ranging from permanent disability to wrongful death.
As a member of the catastrophic trial team David P. Ferrainolo is available to practice in all of our offices and across the country, on a case by case basis.
