HPS Salutes Our Veterans
HPS Partner, David Adams served as an F-4 pilot in the United States Air Force from 1966-1973 and in the Michigan National Guard from 1979-1980. He is a Vietnam veteran and has been a volunteer for Honor Flight Chicago “HFC” for many years. HFC flies six flights a year, honoring approximately 100 senior veterans on each flight. This full day of recognition allows Veterans an opportunity to reminisce as they tour various War Memorials in our nation’s capital. The day concludes back in Chicago with a welcome home celebration at the airport. On November 7, 2018, Honor Flight Chicago announced it will be flying Vietnam veterans to Washington on Honor Flights beginning next year. Because David is a veteran and a volunteer for HFC, he was invited to participate in the recent announcement and news conference held at Soldier Field, alongside Secretary of State Jessee White, a 101st Airborne Veteran.

HPS salutes all of our veterans for their courage and commitment to our country and recognize the sacrifices they have made in service to the United States of America.
