Kenneth Donat focuses his practice on civil and commercial defense litigation including property loss, bodily injury, and healthcare industry claims. He has extensive experience litigating cases from the discovery phase to settlement, arbitration, mediation, and/or trial. He has succeeded in obtaining favorable verdicts for his clients throughout his career. Kenneth represents clients throughout Cook County and the surrounding suburbs.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Kenneth worked as a paralegal for a civil litigation defense firm handling insurance defense claims. He is an active member of the Illinois Legal Aid Online Young Professionals Board where he helps raise awareness and funds to connect individuals to necessary legal resources.
Kenneth serves as a pro bono attorney participating in citizenship workshops through Erie Neighborhood House where he helps individuals apply for U.S. citizenship.
When not advocating for his clients, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his family and friends, boating and being outdoors.
