is an associate with the HPS Florida team and defends a broad spectrum of medical negligence cases throughout the state. He has represented healthcare clients in litigation involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, birth-related injuries and traumatic brain injuries.
Rob also has significant experience defending long-term care facilities, clients facing a wide range of general liability and premises liability claims, and individual physicians and healthcare providers with disciplinary proceedings in front of the Florida Department of Health.
In addition to aggressively representing each client, Rob understands the importance of thorough analysis, preparation, and a concrete understanding of the medicine involved in each case. Rob knows effective representation demands that he go above and beyond to protect the personal and professional interests of each of his healthcare provider clients.
Prior to joining HPS, Rob spent four years at one of the largest state-wide defense firms, dedicating the majority of his practice to the defense of healthcare providers in a variety of complex medical negligence cases filed against hospital, physician and physician groups, nursing, physical therapy, surgical center, and psychiatric facility clients.
