Sapna Lalmalani concentrates her practice in the area of healthcare litigation and professional liability, where she defends lawsuits alleging medical negligence, premises liability, and product liability. Sapna represents hospitals, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare providers in complex litigation matters which often involve catastrophic injuries. She also has experience in long-term care litigation, commercial litigation matters, and transportation defense.
Sapna handles all aspects of litigation, starting with pre-suit investigations and continuing through trial. She has first- and second-chaired multiple trials to verdict and has extensive experience conducting discovery, alternative dispute resolution, and assessing clients’ potential liability and exposure in complicated cases. Sapna also understands the value of motion practice, and has secured favorable results for her clients in multiple cases, including summary judgment. With her attention to detail, diligent work ethic, and thorough knowledge of the law, Sapna is a strong advocate for her clients and is focused on serving their best interests during the course of each matter she handles.
