Trevor Lambirth focuses his practice on defending healthcare professionals whose challenging specialties place them at the highest risk of legal action, including surgery, psychiatry, and correctional healthcare.
As a member of the defense team at HPS Denver, Trevor works closely with attorneys, clients, and judicial staff in evaluating claims, responding to complaints, negotiating discovery, taking depositions, and crafting precise dispositive motions. In all his matters, he strives to maintain the professionalism for which his clients in the medical field and colleagues at HPS are known.
Prior to joining HPS, Trevor worked as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable J. Eric Elliff on the Denver District Court. He managed the logistics of thirteen diverse trials, including a multimillion-dollar dispute between penthouse owners and a homicidal feud between rival gangs. Outside of the courtroom, Trevor researched, drafted, and revised orders from the Court on dispositive motions
Trevor received his JD from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, where he represented vulnerable parties seeking protection orders in county court and advocated for employees in employment disputes. He also managed an award-winning editorial team for the University of Denver Water Law Review.
