Todd Stalmack is a trial lawyer with more than 17 years of experience defending high-exposure catastrophic injury and death claims against physicians, hospitals and healthcare providers. He has successfully tried to verdict numerous medical malpractice cases as well as claims brought in Federal Court by inmates for deliberate indifference to their medical needs. He has tried cases involving many different specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, vascular surgery, cardiology, internal medicine, critical care medicine, plastic surgery and obstetrics/gynecology. His cases have involved catastrophic injuries including wrongful death, severe neurologic injury, loss of limb and permanent disfigurement.
Todd has been selected by his peers for inclusion on the Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list from 2011 through 2016.
While in law school, Todd was the editor of the Denver University Law Review and recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Torts I, Torts II and Jurisprudence.
Todd currently lives in Greenwood Village with his wife and three young sons.
