Tucker Levis focuses his practice on defending insurers, healthcare professionals and healthcare systems. He works closely with clients and other HPS attorneys to develop a strategic approach to each matter.
Before joining HPS, Tucker worked for the in-house law firm that represented the Iowa Farm Bureau, working with individual members and organizations. Through that work, he gained knowledge of the needs of insurance companies, a practical approach to client relationships and a focus on thoroughly working through a matter to develop all possible avenues of defense.
While at Drake University Law School, he was a junior copy editor and a research editor on the editorial board of the Drake Law Review, in which he also had a note published.
Tucker was a member of the Environmental Moot Court and became a member of the Order of the Coif, which only the top ten percent of students in each class are eligible to join.
He was a judicial extern for Justice Mark Cady, the late Chief Justice of the Iowa Supreme Court.
