HPS is excited to welcome Emily Lowder as our newest Associate in the Salt Lake City office!

A graduate of Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark School of Law, Emily's passion for advocacy was evident in her leadership roles, including President of the BYU Law Chapter of the Animal Legal Defense Fund. Her dedication extends beyond the legal realm, as seen in her recent involvement with Bolder Way Forward, an organization dedicated to empowering women, where she champions women's healthcare issues in Utah.

Emily's scholarly pursuits in international law and human rights advocacy showcase her commitment to making a global impact. With publications in prestigious journals like the West Virginia Law Review and the U.C. Davis Journal of International Law & Policy, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
