HPS Adds Experienced Litigator, Trial Attorney in Pensacola

Hall Prangle and Schoonveld, LLC (HPS) has added seasoned litigator Bradley H. Rowe to its Pensacola, Florida, office. A former Assistant Public Defender, Brad joins HPS to defend healthcare professionals, hospitals and hospital systems in the Florida panhandle area against medical malpractice claims.

Brad’s legal career has been devoted to defending clients against litigation, particularly at trial. He has defended clients in over 30 jury trials and numerous bench trials. Brad has led trial teams consisting of junior attorneys, paralegals and investigators in complex cases involving permanent neurological injury and death in infants, children, and adults. He has practiced before nearly every Circuit and County Judge in Florida’s First Judicial Circuit, including Pensacola and the surrounding counties.

In addition to healthcare-related matters, Brad has also handled premises liability, workers’ compensation, construction, and business litigation matters.

Brad began his legal career as an associate working on civil litigation matters in the Birmingham, Alabama, office of Hand Arendall, LLC before moving to Pensacola, Florida. There, he worked on civil litigation in the private sector at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. and as an Assistant Public Defender in the Office of the Public Defender, First Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Brad earned a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama, and a B.S. from the same institution.
