At HALL PRANGLE & SCHOONVELD, LLC, we are committed to protecting your privacy, both on the Internet and offline. INFORMATION WE COLLECT/ USE OF INFORMATION

When you visit the HPS Site, our web server automatically gathers information from your Internet browser. SECURITY

We realize that foremost in the minds of privacy-conscious individuals is the security of information after its submission. All information collected through the HPS Site is securely stored in databases. Access to the stored information is restricted to select authorized personnel. However, transmitting information via the Internet or by e-mail is never completely secure; any information submitted may be intercepted, collected, used or disclosed by others. We do not use secure socket layer (SSL) encryption in the HPS Site, so we do not recommend transmitting any information you consider sensitive through online fill-in forms on the HPS Site.

LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES

The HPS Site contains hypertext links to third party web sites. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to such web sites and your use of such sites will be subject to the privacy policies and procedures relating thereto.

EFFECTIVE DATE
