HPS Welcomes New Partner in Chicago Office

HPS is excited to welcome Brad R. Schneiderman as our newest Partner in the Chicago office!

Brad brings extensive experience in medical malpractice, healthcare liability, premises liability, and general negligence matters. Over his career, he has represented hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals in high-exposure cases, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.

A graduate of the University of Illinois and Chicago-Kent College of Law, Brad is also an active member of the Chicago Hospital Risk Management Society (CHRMS) and the Illinois Defense Counsel.
