The Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and Lexis Nexis's Law360 have covered HPS's Appellate team's recent defense before the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
Hugh Griffin, co-chair of HPS's Appellate Practice, successfully represented an insurer in a matter stemming from a 2018 Indiana state court case involving breach-of-contract allegations. The defense secured summary judgment in the Indiana state court case, which was upheld by the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
