Matthew McElligott
BIOGRAPHY
Matt McElligott concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, transportation and catastrophic injury, including the defense of pharmacies and pharmacists. He handles all phases of litigation, including experts and trial.
Matt is among HPS’ leading attorneys on matters related to forensics and the depth of investigation necessary to mount a thorough defense. Clients prize Matt for a proactive approach that includes aggressively defending their interests rather than simply reacting to allegations.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Matt is an endurance athlete who has completed numerous marathons. As a member of Team World Vision, he participates in long-distance races throughout the country in order to raise funds in support of a philanthropic effort to ensure clean water for developing countries.
