The HPS Healthcare Litigation Team has defended hospitals, healthcare systems, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers in virtually every field of medicine, often in matters involving catastrophic loss. While most of our healthcare litigation cases involve claims of medical negligence, we also handle other healthcare matters related to nursing homes, laboratories, medical products and devices, EMTALA, physician credentialing and privileges and employment discrimination.
