Defending medical malpractice claims in every area of healthcare
The Hall Prangle Healthcare Litigation Team has defended hospitals, healthcare systems, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers in virtually every field of medicine, often in matters involving catastrophic loss. While most of our healthcare litigation cases involve claims of medical negligence, we also handle other healthcare matters related to nursing homes, laboratories, medical products and devices, EMTALA, physician credentialing and privileges and employment discrimination.
Hall Prangle attorneys pride themselves on client service, and every matter is addressed in the manner that best suits the individual circumstances, as well as the context and priorities of the client.
At trial, Hall Prangle has defended numerous medical-malpractice cases involving eight and nine-figure exposure, and the firm’s reputation for excellence and results means that opposing counsel knows from the outset that Hall Prangle attorneys possess the knowledge, skill and determination required for the best possible defense.
Another distinguishing feature of Hall Prangle is the firm’s deep technical expertise regarding the medical particulars relevant to each case—in fact, several former healthcare professionals are on the Hall Prangle team. Additionally, Hall Prangle has the skill and expertise of its own in-house appellate team, which is often involved throughout trial to shape matters for potential appeal.
The firm has offices in five states and has tried medical malpractice cases in state and federal courts across the country.
