Luke Henrie
BIOGRAPHY
Luke Henrie focuses his practice on defending healthcare professionals and organizations at Hall Prangle’s Reno office.
Luke earned his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law on a scholarship. While there, Luke enjoyed mentoring students in the art of written and oral advocacy as a teaching assistant for his former legal writing professor, argued before esteemed local, state, and federal judges in regional and national moot court competitions, contributed as a member of the Idaho Law Review, and advocated for clients at the school’s Low-Income Tax Clinic. He served as a Judicial Extern for Judge VanderVelde in Idaho’s Third District where he assisted the court in analyzing parties’ motions and drafted judicial orders on such matters. He then served as a Summer Associate for Hawley Troxell.
Before pursuing law, Luke gained meticulous time management skills while earning his bachelor’s degree on scholarship in six semesters while concurrently working as an English tutor, a receptionist, and a grassroots campaign manager. He spent his last semester serving the United States Senate on Capitol Hill as a Legislative Intern.
When not practicing law, you can find Luke actively adventuring the backcountry or snoozing on the shore of an alpine lake.
