HPS Welcomes New Associate in Las Vegas Office

HPS is excited to welcome Britt Woodman as our newest Associate in the Las Vegas office! Britt brings valuable experience in bankruptcy law, business formation, and civil litigation.

She previously served as a law clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in Nevada and Boston from 2020 to 2025. Before clerking, she practiced at a general litigation firm handling bankruptcy, business law, personal injury, and gaming law matters.

Britt holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from George Washington University Law School and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She has also published work on bankruptcy law and legislative reform.
