HPS Gives Back this Holiday Season: Lunch Packing with Catholic Charities
Chicago
December 11, 2024

In the spirit of giving this holiday season, HPS partnered with Catholic Charities’ Loaves and Fishes program to pack lunches for those in need, bringing our team together to make a meaningful impact in the Chicago community.
On Tuesday, December 10, our team assembled 200 lunches, thoughtfully prepared with sandwiches, snacks, and desserts to provide comfort and nourishment. These lunches were delivered to Catholic Charities that afternoon, ready for distribution the following day.
Before we began, Kelsey Rodriguez, Director of Volunteer Engagement at Catholic Charities, joined us to speak about the Loaves and Fishes program and its mission. She highlighted how this initiative addresses food insecurity in Chicago and how volunteers like us can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those facing hunger.
This lunch-packing event reflects HPS’s commitment to giving back and fostering a sense of community, which is at the heart of our DEI initiatives. The holiday season reminds us of the importance of extending kindness and support to those in need, and we are proud to partner with Catholic Charities to do just that.
