Recently, Jeramy Ashton, Attorney, and Sophie Gordon, Legal Assistant, from our Salt Lake City office, had the privilege of attending the 2024 Lavender Law Conference in Washington, DC.

On August 1, 2024, the Utah Supreme Court upheld a suspension on Utah’s near-total abortion ban that would prohibit the procedure at any time during pregnancy except in cases of rape, incest, and limited health circumstances.
