HPS Welcomes New Associate, Kyli Cotten

We are delighted to welcome another associate to the HPS Chicago Office, Kyli Cotten!  

Kyli Cotten, a Texas native, earned her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 2020 and graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 2017. Kyli’s involvement in Baylor’s rigorous Trial Advocacy Program, which ranks 2nd in the nation by U.S. News & World Report, inspired her to pursue a career in litigation. Prior to joining HPS, Kyli practiced as a plaintiff’s attorney and worked on a wide range of cases including medical malpractice, wrongful death, auto accidents, and premises liability. During this time, Kyli gained meaningful courtroom and trial experience.   

Kyli will focus her litigation practice on the defense of healthcare organizations, hospitals, and providers.
