HPS Partner, Thomas M. Comstock, has recently obtained his license to practice law in the state of New York expanding HPS legal services to the Empire State.  

Tom has extensive experience in defending hospitals, long-term care facilities, physician practice groups, and healthcare providers in a wide range of specialties.
